Schedule: Shifts fall between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST. Employees work a consistent assigned shift within business hours. Overview Join our growing team as a Warranty Sales Specialist, where strong communication skills and a customer‑first mindset help homeowners find the right home warranty coverage. In this role, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls and chats from prospective customers who are already interested in learning more about home warranty solutions. You’ll guide conversations, identify customer needs, explain coverage options, and help convert inquiries into satisfied customers. While this role is primarily focused on home warranty sales, team members may also support additional programs and service offerings as business needs evolve.
