CT/X-RAY TECH MUST HAVE BOTH CT + X-RAY EXPERIENCE 4 10s Tuesday-Friday 830am-7pm no call 8 weeks CT scanner is a Siemens Somatom Associates Degree or higher preferred Valid New York State license to practice Diagnostic Radiography Valid New York State license to inject contrast material preferred; must be obtained within 90 days of hire Valid and current American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification in X-ray Knowledge of CT and radiologic standards, requirements and regulations. Knowledge of radiologic safety, cleanliness and infection control policies and regulations. Knowledge of CT and radiologic equipment uses and maintenance. Accuracy: Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly. Communication: Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Computer Skills: Proficient ability to use a computer and electronic medical record. Confidentiality: Maintain patient, team member and employer confidentiality. Comply with all HIPAA regulations. Customer Service Oriented: Friendly, cheerful and helpful to patients and others. Ability to meet patients and others needs while following office policies and procedures.
