Role Overview Seeking a Role Overview Seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessments, diagnoses, and interventions for diverse inpatient and outpatient populations. The LCSW collaborates with patients and support systems to develop evidence-informed, person-centered care plans in coordination with an interdisciplinary team, ensuring care respects patient self-determination and reduces health disparities. This on-call position requires working across departments, adhering to ethical standards, and incorporating concepts from lifespan development, neurobiology, and behavioral change.
