ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Anthony Hunt Insurance Agency Inc is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven professional to join our team as a Life/Health Insurance Specialist. In this role, you'll help individuals and families protect what matters most by providing personalized life and health insurance solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and lead follow-up activities.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to identify appropriate life and health insurance solutions.
• Educate clients on policy options, coverage benefits, and long-term protection strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Review existing coverage and identify opportunities to better protect clients and their families.
• Follow up with prospects and clients to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Stay current on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active Life & Health insurance license will be required.
• Previous insurance sales experience not required.
• Proven ability to build rapport and develop lasting client relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and consultative sales skills.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and strong work ethic.
• Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear and relatable manner.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and agency technology platforms.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
