What You'll Do

Provide expert nursing care to ICU patients, adapting behaviors to meet specific patient needs
Utilize the Nursing Process to assess and implement individualized care plans
Monitor patient conditions and respond effectively to changes
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Document care and patient information accurately using electronic health records
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery
Contribute to a safe, respectful, and collaborative care environment

What You Need

Required:

Current RN license in Louisiana
BLS, ACLS, CPI certifications
Minimum 2 years of RN experience, ICU experience preferred
Strong communication and computer skills
Ability to lift and move patients and equipment as needed

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in nursing or higher
Certification in clinical specialty areas
Experience with EPIC documentation
