Maintenance Supervisor – Vetra 500 Fifth Avenue District

We're hiring an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a well-established downtown Nashville apartment community in the Fifth Avenue District. This is a leadership role for a hands-on maintenance professional who takes pride in safe, efficient operations and well-maintained communities.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily apartment maintenance operations
Perform hands-on repairs: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry & appliance
Ensure timely completion of work orders and service requests
Maintain building systems, grounds, and amenities
Manage maintenance inventory, tools, and vendors
Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards

What We're Looking For

2+ years of multifamily or apartment maintenance experience
EPA Type II or Universal certification (required)
HVAC troubleshooting experience
Ability to participate in an on-call schedule
Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to climb stairs/ladders and lift up to 25 lbs
High School Diploma or GED
