Information Technology Application Support Analyst I

Responsibilities:

• Obtain information on application design and functionality to propose solutions to end users.
• Respond to client inquiries concerning software operation and troubleshoot system software and operator complications.
• Monitor routine and critical processes and workflows to proactively identify problem trends.
• Assist with application implementations and configuration.
• Perform root cause analysis and provide technical solutions to production-related application errors.
• Conduct application testing in various environments.
• Deploy service releases, patches, requests, and customizations.
• Ensure work is thoroughly reviewed and checked by a senior associate.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or a High School Diploma with four (4) years of relevant experience.

• Ability to communicate technical problems and solutions to non-technical users.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
