Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide preoperative and postoperative care to patients.
• Assist with surgical procedures, ensuring sterile techniques and patient safety.
• Operate and monitor surgical equipment such as DaVinci Robotics and MAKO.
• Document patient care in the Meditech electronic medical record system.
• Maintain effective communication with staff and healthcare providers.
• Support on-call duties as required, ensuring a 30-minute response time.

Qualifications

• Current RN license with at least 1 year of acute care OR experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Experience with DaVinci Robotics preferred.
• Proficient in Orthopedics, Neurology, and Vascular procedures.
• Familiarity with the Meditech electronic health record system.
• Strong communication and patient care prioritization skills.
