Employees are crucial to the company’s success and have opportunities for skill development and advancement.The company prioritizes diversity, inclusion, and career growth for qualified employees.RoleThe Oracle Developer will support the company’s Oracle Fusion/Utilities environment, involving development, configuration, integrations, reporting, data activities, troubleshooting, and application support.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure, develop, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and related applications.Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.Create and maintain integrations, extensions, reports, and data extracts.Support data conversion, validation, and reconciliation.Collaborate with data engineers and architects to ensure solutions align with standards.Troubleshoot application issues and maintain system reliability.Participate in testing, UAT, and post-implementation stabilization.Document configurations, integrations, and technical designs.Work with vendors and partners for knowledge transfer and application support.Location: This role is onsite in Buffalo, NY; Erie, PA; or Dayton, OH. Relocation assistance is available for non-local candidates.Required Background:5+ years of Oracle Developer experience in enterprise application development or related fields. Experience in utilities, energy, financial services, or regulated industries is preferred.Proficient with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Benefits, and Security.Experience with enterprise implementations, acquisitions, and major platform transitions.Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.Local to listed areas or willing to relocate.Authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.This opportunity suits an Oracle/enterprise applications developer who enjoys hands-on work, collaboration, and contributing to a cloud-based technology environment.
