Associate Attorney

We are seeking a talented Associate Attorney to work directly with the firm's partners on our most complex wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases against corporate entities. This is a unique opportunity to work side by side with experienced trial lawyers while developing your litigation skills in high-stakes commercial motor vehicle cases. What You'll Do: Work directly with the Partners Conduct complex legal research and writing on sophisticated matters Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents Help strategize on the firm's largest and most challenging cases Handle depositions, hearings, and comprehensive trial preparation Serve as second chair at trial alongside Partners Work on cases across multiple venues and jurisdictions Focus primarily on commercial motor vehicle litigation Collaborate with experienced attorneys and learn advanced trial advocacy techniques Support the firm in delivering exceptional results for clients facing life-changing injuries What We're Looking For: Active license to practice law in Texas (or ability to obtain) 2 - 10 years of experience (Personal Injury preferred) Strong legal research and writing capabilities Experience or strong interest in personal injury/tort litigation Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills Detail-oriented with exceptional accuracy in legal documentation Strong oral advocacy and communication skills Ability to handle complex, high-pressure cases with multiple deadlines Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from senior trial attorneys This is an in-office position at our headquarters in Austin, TX.
