Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide an excellent customer experience at all times and to lead by example
• Work directly with and independently of the Site Manager to oversee the second shift operations of the car wash
• Act as manager onsite to fully operate the wash in the absence of the Site Manager including scheduling, customer management, employee management, marketing, budgeting, maintenance and operations
• Work with all employees to ensure proper staffing levels are maintained and adjusted for daily requirements
• Ensure the team and the site is upheld to the highest standards
• Serve as the site lead in nightly closing and cleaning of the tunnel
• Build a group of highly capable team members that our team and our customers trust
• Review, understand and ensure the achievement of the company budget
• Ensure all car washing operations and HR policies are followed
• Ensure a safe environment by following and enforcing all safety procedures
• Provide primary customer support: memberships, refunds, re-washes, improve customer satisfaction

Other Responsibilities:

• Perform any and all daily operational duties including but not limited to washing cars, cleaning of facilities, washing of towels, and operating kiosks
• Execute daily/weekly/monthly maintenance schedules
• Ensure grounds are clean and maintained at all times
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints onsite
• Solve differences in personalities with employees or customers in a retail environment
• Build relationships with customers while onsite
• To help formulate and execute seasonal marketing promotions
• To work at kiosks and build relationships with customers while onsite
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Prior managerial experience leading a team
• Prefer some college or college degree. Minimum education of High School Graduate or equivalent
• Able to physically lift 25 pounds, to climb a short ladder and stand on feet for long durations
• Competent in modern software such as phone apps and computers including excel, email, word processing, Podium, DRB, Homebase and others.

• To show for all scheduled shifts, and when there is a need for shift coverage
• A drive to succeed, self-motivated.
• Ability to lead, problem solve and troubleshoot fairly and efficiently.
• Ability to interact with customers, other teammates and supervisors in a friendly, courteous and professional manner
• Ability to work swiftly and efficiently in all weather conditions.
• Excellent customer service skills to ensure optimum customer satisfaction and team functionality
• To learn and grow leadership and business skills
• To learn and grow knowledge of the wash and company
• To possess and improve upon communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt and take on new roles as they become necessary
• A simple knowledge of cars and their parts, tools and other equipment

Pay:

• Minimum starting wage of $20.00
• Quarterly Bonus opportunities

Benefit Conditions: Pay and PTO based on professional experience. Probationary period may apply to PTO, Healthcare and 401k

Schedule:

• Full-time; 40 hours, maybe some overtime
• Monday through Friday
• 2nd Shift, Noon – 8:00pm
• Rarely, but as needed cover for first shift Site Manager and/or weekends
