Customer Service Representative

We're hiring a Customer Relationship Manager for a tier one employer in the Lubbock Texas area. Our client is an industrial equipment manufacturer and service provider serving two markets: Inspection, repair, and refurbishment of well service rigs for oilfield service companies Design and manufacture of new water well drilling rigs and pump hoists for water well contractors nationwide This is relationship-driven, reputation-driven business not transactional, not order-taking. What you’ll actually do: Get in front of customers regularly and in person Build real relationships with owners, execs, and operations decision-makers Understand fleets, upcoming projects, and replacement cycles before your competitors do Spot opportunities across both business lines and build a pipeline you actually manage Bring in the technical and leadership team once you've earned the opening This role is responsible for opening doors, building trust, and moving real opportunities forward.
