About This Role The Registered Nurse at Mass General Brigham is responsible for delivering patient care through the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Highlights Pay: $42.19 - $72.88/Hourly Location: Northampton, MA Facility: Cooley Dickinson Hospital, Inc. Schedule: Full-Time, Night shift (7PM-7AM) What You'll Do Deliver nursing care according to the ANA Standards of Clinical Practice. Collect patient health data during admission and throughout the stay. Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses/patient problems. Document relevant data in the medical record according to hospital standards. Develop a plan of care that prescribes interventions to attain expected outcomes. Implement interventions identified in the plan of care. Evaluate the patient’s progress toward attainment of outcomes. Formulate a discharge plan and communicate it throughout hospitalization. Assess patient/family learning needs and facilitate the education process. Participate in quality of care activities and identify opportunities for improvement.
