Experienced Formulator for Compounding Pharmacy Location: Miami, FL (on-site) or Remote (with own lab access or extensive knowledge) About Us: We are a leading compounding pharmacy dedicated to advancing health and wellness through personalized medicine. Our focus areas include GLP-1s, peptides, longevity, and both men’s and women’s health. We are looking for a skilled formulator to join our team who shares our commitment to quality and innovation. Position: Formulator Key Responsibilities Develop and formulate compounds with a focus on GLP-1s, peptides, and other wellness products. Collaborate with our team to create formulations that meet client-specific needs for longevity, men’s health, and women’s health. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and maintain high-quality control throughout the formulation process. Innovate and refine existing formulations to enhance efficacy and safety. Qualifications Proven experience in compounding pharmacy formulation, particularly with GLP-1s and peptides. Background in longevity, men’s health, and women’s health products is highly desirable. Previous experience working with companies such as Ro, Hims, or similar is a plus. Ability to work independently and maintain high standards of quality without direct supervision. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Requirements Access to a lab for formulation work, or the extensive knowledge and capability to work remotely without a lab.
