Construction Assistant Project Manager

The Construction Assistant Project Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful execution of construction projects in the property industry. Description Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising construction projects from start to finish. Collaborate with project managers to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget. Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and budgets. Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Oversee on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Identify and resolve project challenges in a timely and efficient manner. Prepare regular progress reports and present updates to senior management. Support the procurement process for materials and services needed for the project.
