Help Small Businesses Thrive, Not Just Survive

As an experienced executive or entrepreneur, you’ve seen the highs and lows of growing a company. Wouldn’t it be great to leverage those experiences while building your own practice and being supported by a collaborative community of seasoned financial professionals?

The Area President role at FocusCFO ® might be just what you’re looking for.

Area Presidents work alongside small business owners in their own region as strategic partners, helping them grow healthier, more valuable organizations. It’s perfect for those seeking a new entrepreneurial venture, leadership, collaboration, and exposure to new industries.

Since 2001, FocusCFO® has been passionate about giving entrepreneurs the tools they need to run their business successfully. Our Fractional CFOs and Area Presidents operate as a sherpa team to support each client, mentoring business owners and discussing creative solutions with others in the FocusCFO® community.

This role is not right for everyone. Area Presidents at FocusCFO® operate under a non-traditional franchise model, where a reasonable franchise investment is due to join the team. This is reinvested into our world-class training to be successful and helps evidence your commitment to the FocusCFO® culture/operating model.
