About Us
SurePrint Pack N Ship is a locally owned FedEx Authorized ShipCenter and UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet serving the Mohawk Valley. We offer domestic and international shipping (FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, and freight), printing, scanning, and document services, and we're growing into e-commerce fulfillment and 3PL. We're looking for a dependable, customer-focused person to help run the store during weekday mornings. The right person starts as an associate and can grow into a lead or manager role with more hours, responsibility, and pay.

What You'll Do
• Provide friendly, professional service to walk-in customers and local businesses
• Quote rates, create labels, and process domestic and international shipments, including customs paperwork
• Accept drop-offs and returns, answer tracking questions, and pack items securely
• Recommend the right packing, insurance, printing, and other add-on services
• Run copy, print, scanning, and lamination jobs
• Handle POS transactions, cash, and daily reconciliation accurately
• Keep supplies stocked, packages organized, and the store clean and welcoming
• Support fulfillment work such as receiving inventory and pick-pack-ship for business clients
• As you grow: open and close as key-holder, help with local marketing and our online presence, bring in new business customers, and train seasonal help

What We're Looking For
• Strong customer service and communication skills; dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Comfortable recommending services and helping customers find the best option
• Organized and detail-oriented with addresses, labels, payments, and documents
• Comfortable with computers, shipping software, and POS systems; able to work independently
• Able to lift packages up to 50 lbs
• Retail, shipping, print, sales, or graphic design experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person

Schedule & Compensation
Approximately 35 hours per week with priority on weekday mornings (Monday–Thursday), plus extra hours during the holiday/peak season and potential to grow into full-time. Pay is $16–$25 per hour based on experience and responsibilities, plus monthly performance bonuses tied to sales and new-customer goals.
