Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home health experience required.

Assignment Details

• Monday–Friday schedule.
• 8-hour shifts.
• Travel to patients' homes in the Brookings area to provide therapy services.
