Partner – UHNW - Business Management & Entertainment
\nLong Island, NY | $275K–$350K
\nEntertainment clients | Established team | Partner-level ownership
\n \nA growing accounting firm is looking for an experienced Partner / Principal to lead and grow an established Business Management and Entertainment practice.
\n \nThis is a senior client-facing role for someone who understands the entertainment market, enjoys developing relationships and has a proven track record of winning and growing business .
\n \nThe existing team will remain in place, with an expected 2–3 year transition period , giving the incoming Partner time to build relationships and take full ownership of the client base.
\n \nThe opportunity

- Lead an established Business Management / Entertainment practice \n
- Take ownership of senior client relationships \n
- Work with entertainers, creatives and related businesses \n
- Lead and develop an existing team \n
- Grow the existing client base \n
- Originate new business and revenue \n
- Work alongside existing leadership during a 2–3 year transition \n
- Have significant influence over the future growth of the practice \n

- Existing Partner, Principal or senior Director \n
- Strong Business Management / Entertainment industry experience \n
- Established client relationships within the sector \n
- Proven business development and origination \n
- Evidence of revenue or a book personally developed \n
- Strong commercial and relationship-building skills \n
- Entrepreneurial approach \n
- CPA / relevant accounting qualification preferred \n
$275K–$350K depending on experience.
