Responsibilities

Conduct repairs on plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general household systems.

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including painting, drywall repairs, and flooring work.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests from clients or property managers.

Maintain accurate records of work completed and supplies used.

Assist with project management tasks as needed.
