Role Description The Marketing Consultant is a full-time, on-site position based in Yuma, AZ. This role is responsible for developing and presenting marketing solutions for local and regional clients, using NPG’s multi-station, multi-platform capabilities. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting new business, meeting with clients to understand their goals, creating customized advertising and marketing proposals, and managing campaigns from planning through post-campaign analysis. The Marketing Consultant collaborates closely with sales management, commercial production, and traffic teams to ensure accurate placement and execution of campaigns. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships, tracking performance metrics, and staying informed about market trends and competitor activity. Qualifications Previous experience in media, advertising, or related fields is preferred; an associate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is beneficial, but we will train a good candidate that does not have experience. Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation abilities and professional business writing. Customer Service skills focused on building long-term client relationships and providing responsive support. Sales skills for prospecting, qualifying leads, negotiating, and closing advertising and marketing deals. Basic understanding of broadcast, digital, and social media advertising; familiarity with media ratings and analytics is a plus. Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., "CRM tools, spreadsheets, presentation software"). Marketing skills for developing multi-platform campaigns, understanding audience demographics, and applying creative strategies. Ability to work on-site in Yuma, AZ, maintain a valid driver’s license, and travel locally for client meetings as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
