You'll play a critical role in supporting operations, managing service requests, and helping drive a positive customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Respond to and manage incoming service requests related to material and delivery discrepancies.
• Provide outstanding customer service in a high-volume environment, ensuring timely, thorough, and professional communication.
• Research requests to understand issues and determine the appropriate resolution.
• Prioritize requests and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Coordinate material deliveries and accurately document customer interactions within tracking systems.
• Partner with Materials, Production, Logistics, and other internal teams to resolve issues and facilitate on-time deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records, document resolutions, and share best practices with teammates.
• Assist with reports and administrative tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of administrative experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and results-driven.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a team-oriented culture.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
