Seeking Independent Contractors to Perform Insurance Property Surveys Davies Risk Services is looking for independent contractors to perform insurance property inspections. This is a great opportunity for full‑time or part‑time work. Contractors will survey both residential and commercial properties, taking photos, obtaining property details and overall conditions, and providing reports in a timely manner. All survey reports must be submitted online via PC/Desktop, including attachments. Responsibilities Conduct property inspections for insurance purposes. Take photographs and document property details. Prepare and submit inspection reports online. Requirements Reliable car for traveling to inspections. Microsoft computer running Windows 10 or newer. Smartphone or digital camera. Reliable home internet. Basic computer and communication skills. Coverage area: Charlotte, MI area.
