Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a contract assignment in Bluefield, West Virginia. This role involves providing high-quality physical therapy services in a collaborative healthcare environment. The position requires in-depth knowledge of HCHB and prior experience in physical therapy.

- Complete a comprehensive evaluation using appropriate tools and procedures
- Review patient records for diagnosis, medical history, precautions, and contraindications
- Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans for maximum patient independence
- Regularly re-assess treatment effectiveness and modify as needed
- Communicate patient needs and progress to treatment team and medical providers
- Recommends and assists in securing adaptive equipment to enhance rehabilitation
- Maintain evaluation, treatment, and billing documentation as per regulations
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides in patient care activities
- Participate in staff development and continuing education programs
- Current WV license
- Prior physical therapy experience
- Proficiency with HCHB
