What You'll Do:
- Inspect agricultural and commercial tires to identify damage, wear patterns, and performance concerns.
- Mount and balance tires using specialized equipment designed for large agricultural applications.
- Ensure proper torque settings when mounting tires to wheels.
- Operate a service truck to complete on-site tire service calls at customer locations.
- Communicate with customers to understand tire-related concerns, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
- Manage time effectively to prioritize work, meet service deadlines, and support overall shop productivity.
- Follow all safety protocols when handling large, heavy tires, operating equipment, and working in potentially hazardous environments.
- Maintain attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship and prevent errors.
What You Bring:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot tire-related issues.
- Solid understanding of tire types, sizes, specifications, and repair techniques.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to safely handle agricultural tires and equipment weighing more than 100 lbs.
