Retail Sales Associate - Part Time

Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by assisting with product selection, providing expert advice, and maintaining well-stocked inventory to enhance the shopping experience. Key Responsibilities Include Customer Assistance & Communication: Engage with customers, offer trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions in both English and Spanish. Teamwork & Leadership: Collaborate with team members and support store operations to create a motivated environment. Sales & Performance: Recommend products, promote services, and contribute to sales goals. Inventory & Store Operations: Restock, organize, follow POS procedures, and ensure inventory accuracy. Process & Safety: Follow structured workflows, adhere to safety policies, and use PPE for a safe workplace. Product Knowledge & Diagnostics: Maintain knowledge of automotive parts and tools, and use diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and suggest solutions. Qualifications & Skills Must be at least 16 years old. Ability to lift and load merchandise. Flexible availability, including mornings, nights, and weekends. Preferred automotive knowledge, retail experience, and ASE Certification. Strong communication skills in English and Spanish. #J-18808-Ljbffr
