We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Store Manager to help lead our team and continue our tradition of quality and excellence. **Job Description:** As the Assistant Store Manager at Baggin's Gourmet Sandwiches, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our store. You will support the Store Manager in ensuring a seamless operation, overseeing staff, inventory management, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for food service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including staffing, inventory control, and financial management. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues as they arise. Supervise and train team members, providing guidance to ensure high standards of service and food quality. Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new staff members. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering products to maintain stock levels according to sales forecasts. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Conduct regular team meetings to motivate and engage staff, fostering a positive work atmosphere. Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement promotional initiatives and new menu items. Assist in achieving sales targets and maximizing profitability.
