Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine preferred
• Board Eligible candidates may be considered with a strong clinical background and demonstrated skillset
• Active California medical license required
• DEA registration required
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Spanish speaking strongly preferred
• Experience with Epic preferred
• Clean malpractice history preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient Internal Medicine care for adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatric patients
• Manage an average daily patient volume of approximately 18 visits
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative primary care clinic environment
• Work closely with medical assistants, nurses, and onsite behavioral health support to coordinate care
• Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in Epic
• Participate in a schedule that includes daytime coverage and occasional evening shifts
• Maintain clear communication with the care team to support continuity, efficiency, and excellent patient outcomes
