Pressure Control Technician

About the Role
We're hiring a Field Service Technician to repair, rebuild, test, install, and maintain pressure control equipment used in oil and gas operations. This is a hands-on role involving both shop repairs and field service at customer locations.
You'll work with pressure control equipment, follow written repair procedures and API specifications, perform equipment testing, and document completed work. On-the-job training is available to help you build your technical knowledge.
What You'll Do
- Repair and rebuild pressure control equipment in the shop.
- Travel to customer locations to install, service, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment.
- Perform equipment inspections, repairs, and testing according to written procedures and API specifications.
- Complete service reports, repair records, field tickets, safety analyses, and inspection forms.
- Follow safety, quality, and operating procedures on every job.
- Work with supervisors and team members to complete jobs safely and efficiently.
What We're Looking For
- At least 6 months to 1 year of shop or service training on pressure control equipment.
- Basic understanding of equipment operation, maintenance, and servicing, with a willingness to continue learning.
- Experience in oilfield service, completions operations, or related equipment work is a plus.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow technical instructions and complete documentation.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
Schedule & Benefits
- Expected hours: 65–74 hours per week.
