Job Title Construction Manager for Contract Work in Atlanta, Georgia Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Manager to oversee our upcoming project in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Contract Construction Manager you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process from initial planning and budgeting to final completion. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per week. Responsibilities Develop and manage project plans, timelines and budgets Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of work Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies Hire, train, and supervise construction workers on site Review and approve all invoices and expenses related to the project Requirements Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials and methods Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings Familiarity with construction software for project management (e.g., Procore) Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred Must be willing to work on a contract basis in Atlanta Benefits We offer free visa sponsorship for international candidates as well as travel assistance for those outside of the country. #J-18808-Ljbffr GreenLine Electronics
