Job Description

General Purpose of Job :

The Advanced Technical Experience Operations Specialist leads technical projects, mentors junior team members, and drives process improvement. This role addresses complex IT challenges, enhances department workflows, and ensures high-quality IT and telephony support, including the technologies that support meeting and collaborative environments.

Essential Duties :

This job description is intended to cover the minimum essential duties assigned on a regular basis. Team members may be asked to perform additional duties as assigned by their leader. Leadership has the right to alter or modify the duties of the position.

• Lead deployment and upgrade projects for IT and telephony systems.
• Mentor entry-level and intermediate specialists, sharing expertise and best practices.
• Analyze workflows and implement process improvements for efficiency and security.
• Coordinate and resolve escalated technical issues, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
• Develop strategies to optimize IT endpoint performance.
• Participate in the on-call rotation and support off-hours as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

General Requirements
* Valid standard drivers license

Work Experience
* Must be proficient in IT operations with leadership experience.

Education
* High school diploma and a minimum of 7 years of ITsupport experience or Associates degree computer science, IT or related field and a minimum of 5 years of IT support experience or Bachelors degree in computer science, IT or related field and a minimum of 3 years of IT support experience

Specialized Knowledge and Skills
* Strong leadership skills * Advanced troubleshooting abilities * Proficiency in managing complex projects
