Job Description
Title: Registered Nurse - Cardiovascular Operating Room

Schedule:
- Shift: 10 hours
- Days: 4 days per week
- Hours: 0630-1700

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week

Requirements:
- KS RN License
- BLS Certification
- 2 years of CVOR experience in a level 1 trauma center
- Recent strong scrub experience on cardiac surgeries
- Circulating experience required

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care in the cardiovascular operating room.
- Assist in surgical procedures and ensure a sterile environment.
- Monitor patient conditions before, during, and after surgery.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families regarding surgical procedures and postoperative care.

Compliance / Notes:
- Nicotine free facility.
- Orientation: Monday-Tuesday new employee orientation.
- Must be available for weekend shifts and on-call duties as required.
