Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to diagnose clients and develop detailed, individualized treatment plans tailored to their needs.

• Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 clients, providing therapy services including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, as well as telehealth options.

• Document all client interactions and progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with all company policies regarding case notes and treatment plans.

• Utilize creative interventions and therapeutic techniques to support clients in achieving and exceeding their personal goals.

• Work closely with a network of professionals including case managers, families, and medical staff to coordinate comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of client health.

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a client-focused approach to therapy sessions, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment.

Qualifications\n
