Facilities Technician
Position: Facilities Maintenance Associate Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Job Duties: Maintain a safe, organized, and clean facility. Empty trash and recycling throughout the building. Assist with office moves, furniture setup, and company events. Perform minor maintenance, electrical repairs, and painting projects. Coordinate and monitor vendor maintenance services. Support building security systems and facility closing procedures. Assist housekeeping and warehouse operations as needed. Conduct forklift inspections, refill fluids, and operate forklifts when required. Refill vending machines and provide general facility support. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Ability to follow safety and quality procedures. Experience with basic maintenance tools and facility upkeep preferred.
