Applicants must provide references, pass CORI and DPH Registry checks, present a picture ID, certifications and registrations, a recent physical exam, a PPD/immunization record (less than a year old), and documentation of right to work (I-9). A dependable insured vehicle with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record is desirable. We highly value bilingual abilities, as multiple language skills are often needed to communicate effectively with clients. Experience operating equipment like Hoyers is a plus. Applicants should be adaptable and comfortable around pets. Experience in specialties such as Alzheimer's/Dementia Care, LGBT Health Care, Incontinence Care & Prevention, Advocacy, Human Services/Behavioral Health/Mental Health, and Respite Care is advantageous. Responsibilities Provide compassionate caregiving and support to clients in their homes, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Observe and report changes in clients' conditions to ensure their safety and well-being. Maintain a clean and organized living environment, including light housekeeping tasks. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to create and implement care plans. Utilize first aid skills when necessary and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
