A&P Mechanic

Aviation Maintenance TechnicianOur client is a small aviation shop that focuses on maintaining and repairing Beechcraft Bonanza and Baron aircraft, along with other single-engine piston airplanes. They also occasionally work on the CJ1+ jet. They are currently looking for an A&P mechanic to join their team. The role provides hands-on work in a supportive environment, and the ideal candidate will be eager to learn, adaptable, and capable of working independently to meet production goals.ResponsibilitiesPerform maintenance and repair work on Beechcraft Bonanza and Baron aircraft, as well as other single-engine piston aircraft.Assist with maintenance tasks on a CJ1+ jet when needed.Conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and perform necessary repairs to ensure aircraft airworthiness.Document all work in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures.Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards.QualificationsA&P certification required.Recent graduates from an A&P training program are encouraged to apply.Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet production deadlines.Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, with the option of setting your own hours.Compensation and BenefitsSalary range: $50,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on experience.Flexible work schedule within set hours between 7 AM and 9 PM.No formal benefits provided; salary structured to accommodate self-managed healthcare arrangements.Join our client's team and enjoy a supportive work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and a variety of employee benefits.
