You will have the support of your Manager and team while working autonomously and safely from home. What you’ll be doing As an Executive Recruiter, you will be part of a dynamic team focusing on both candidates and clients. Manage both sides of the desk while helping clients and candidates thrive. The Executive Recruiter is responsible for executing the full life-cycle of direct-hire recruiting for top-tier, mid- to senior-level professional direct-hire job orders for a variety of clients. This role requires urgency while focusing on existing clients, identifying new ones, interviewing candidates, and matching them with the right organizations and careers. About you Bachelor\'s degree preferred, or five years of professional work experience in lieu of a degree.
