Responsibilities for a Business Analyst include but are not limited to:

• Review credit agreements and lending documentation to ensure accurate deal setup within systems of record, pricing templates, risk platforms, and global loan booking systems.

• Coordinate daily workload, prioritize tasks, and support complex syndicated lending activities, including funding requirements, lender reallocations, payment processing, and reconciliations.

• Manage client-facing communication, issue resolution, escalation management, and onboarding activities while supporting high-volume transactional processing.

• Partner with Technology, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams to support system enhancements, testing initiatives, process improvements, operational controls, and regulatory compliance.

Candidates for Business Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent Syndicated Lending experience within a financial services or regulated environment.

• Strong understanding of operational processes, operational risk management, loan operations, and client onboarding activities.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, reporting, and data analysis.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, work independently, and escalate issues appropriately.

• Pay: $38.48/hour

• Shift: Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM

• Schedule: Hybrid (minimum 3 days onsite per week in Charlotte, NC)

• Assignment Length: 9 Months

Pay Details: $38.48 per hour
