Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in direct support or a related field.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid.

• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a healthcare or social services setting.
• Knowledge of local resources and services available for individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train a team of Direct Support Professionals, ensuring adherence to care plans and best practices.

• Monitor and evaluate the progress of clients, adjusting support strategies as necessary to meet changing needs.
• Facilitate communication between clients, families, and external service providers to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, incidents, and staff performance in compliance with regulatory standards.
