Overview:

Cycle Counting & Inventory Control (Hands-On):

Own and execute comprehensive cycle counting activities across the warehouse, ensuring accurate, real-time inventory levels. This role requires active, hands-on participation on the warehouse floor, including frequent walking, lifting, and inspection of inventory in various storage locations and strong experience with inventory management processes.. Conduct detailed physical counts, reconcile discrepancies between system records and actual inventory, and identify root causes such as receiving errors, picking variances, or product damage. Partner cross-functionally to drive corrective actions and improve inventory accuracy, while maintaining adherence to operational standards and audit requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Cycle Counting experience is required.
• Perform reconciliation & variance analysis of monthly operations expenses.
• Generate weekly and monthly Operations metrics, including data gathering and entry; reports include Annual Operating Budget, Monthly Operating Forecast, Monthly Financial and efficiency metrics.
• Assess future risk, opportunities, and effectiveness; translate results into meaningful solutions to enhance decision-making; present findings to various levels of leadership.
• Create, monitor, and maintain metrics and key performance indicators, identifying resulting risks and opportunities.
• Review data capture processes and procedures; recommend modifications to systems to ensure all relevant metrics data elements are collected as a part of defined standard operational procedures.
• Audit and confirm the validity and accuracy of all data being reported data.
• Provide cost/benefit analysis for various projects, as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills - written, verbal, persuasion, motivation, facilitation of strong working relationships.
• Knowledge of other MS Office Suite and/or software applications related to job functions.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, analytical/problem solving, problem management, presentation development, presentation, and communications skills.
• Knowledge of accounting procedures and concepts, general ledger, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements.
• Analytical and judgment skills necessary to evaluate, interpret and reconcile accounting data and operational metrics according to the company and departmental procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor s Degree and three years of experience or equivalent education and related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organization, multi-tasking and time management skills.

Physical Demands:

• Physical demands include a considerable amount of time walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping.
• Requires lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 50lbs.
• Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) .
