As a Staff Accountant, you'll play a key role in supporting the accounting and finance organization by ensuring accurate financial reporting, improving processes, and providing meaningful analysis that helps drive business decisions. Prepare financial analyses, reports, and special projects for management. Support the accounts payable function and assist with departmental accounting processes. Coordinate and process weekly payment runs. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Reconcile general ledger and subsidiary ledger accounts to ensure financial accuracy and data integrity. Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies in a timely manner. Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation for external auditors. Assist with revenue and expense analysis, including brand and cost allocations. Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting efficiency. Bachelor's degree in Accounting. ~2–4 years of progressive accounting experience. ~ Strong Microsoft Excel skills. ~ Demonstrated ability to analyze large volumes of financial transactions accurately. Ability to identify issues, recommend practical solutions, and follow through on implementation. Strong work ethic, personal accountability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
