A growing Triangle practice seeks an attorney to support a broad mix of corporate and small‑business work. Open to junior and midlevel candidates . Role includes: Entity formations, organizational documents, operating agreements Contract drafting and negotiation across varied industries Employment advising, succession planning, and M&A support Occasional securities and trademark filings; collaboration with CRE and T&E teams Balanced billables (approx. 1500-1600) with strong flexibility If you're looking to build wide‑ranging transactional skills in a supportive, flexible environment, this role provides meaningful experience and a short partnership track.
