Woodfield Country Clubin Boca Raton is seeking an experienced Bartender . We are consideringcandidates with atleast 2years of prior experience working within an upscale restaurant, hotel or resort environment. Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills are a must andknowledge of JONAS is a plus.Bartenders areresponsible for food and beverage and service knowledge, servingmeals to members in ourrestaurants and providing an exceptionaldiningexperience. Must be available to work weekends and holidays ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: The bartender is responsible for greeting patrons, processing their food/beverage orders, and maintaining the overall environment according to the standards of Woodfield Country Club. Demonstrates the ability to build relationships, recognize membership by name and retain member preferences. Serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including but not limited to wine, draft beer, bottled beer, liquor, etc. Takes food and/or beverage orders from members and their guests, offering suggestions to personalize and customize the dining experience for each patron. Practices mixology using prepared and fresh ingredients to make high quality cocktails and other beverages. Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations.
