Be part of something new! Healthy Living is opening a new store in Clifton Park and is looking for an Assistant Center Store Manager (Overnight) to help build the foundation for a successful operation. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role in launching a brand-new store while leading the overnight team responsible for stocking, merchandising, and preparing the sales floor for an exceptional guest experience each day. Working closely with the Center Store Manager, you'll help create an organized, well-stocked, and welcoming store from the ground up.

Job Type: Assistant Department Manager

Schedule: Full-time, requires weekend availability

Pay Rate: Starting at $22-$27.63/hour. Previous experience will be taken into consideration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support the overnight stocking team while promoting a safe, productive, and guest-focused work environment.
• Delegate daily tasks, train new team members, monitor attendance, address staffing concerns, and communicate department updates with the Center Store Manager.
• Oversee overnight stocking of grocery, dairy and frozen, maintaining accurate product placement, rotation, pricing, signage, and backstock organization.
• Maintain clean, organized sales floor, coolers, stockrooms, and receiving areas while supporting vendor deliveries and inventory accuracy.
• Execute merchandising standards, promotional displays, and monthly sales changes to keep the department fully stocked and guest-ready.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, respond to guest needs, and lead by example.
• Attend required meetings and trainings while staying informed on products, procedures, and industry trends.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or grocery leadership experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
