Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes and ensure timely recovery. Educate patients and their families about the therapeutic process, empowering them to actively participate in their own rehabilitation. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to all legal and ethical standards. Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities. Requirements: Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Strong clinical skills and a deep understanding of physical therapy principles and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals. Empathy and compassion to provide patient-centered care and support during the rehabilitation process.
