Responsibilities Independently perform assessments, diagnostic tests, skilled procedures and ongoing evaluations for clients. Work one‑on‑one with clients in the comfort of their homes. Qualifications Graduate of a physical therapy program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association. Current, unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice. Current CPR certification and TB test. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Respect for individual, cultural, and spiritual differences. Promote personal safety and a safe environment for clients. Maintain compliance with agency policy and procedures. Standard Rate: $61.00 hourly plus shift differentials where applicable.
