Schedule Night shift, 3x12 hours from 19:00 to 07:00, averaging 36 hours per week. Job Description We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in a Trauma Cardiovascular Stroke and Neuro unit. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in critical care nursing and be equipped to handle complex patient needs in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Trauma Cardiovascular Stroke and Neuro unit. Monitor patient status and implement appropriate medical interventions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on health management and recovery processes. Utilize EPIC for patient charting and documentation. Float within the scope of practice as needed to meet facility needs. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Preferred minimum of 3 years of experience in a critical care setting; 2 years may be considered with strong experience. ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications are required. Experience with patient ratios of 1:2 on nights. Strong exposure to trauma, cardiovascular, and stroke management.
