Husband & Wife Teams Established Driving Teams Family Teams Experienced OTR Drivers looking to team Professional Drivers seeking long-term stability We are looking for dependable drivers who understand that communication, safety, professionalism, and reliability matter. Performance-based Pay We believe drivers should share in the success of the operation. Unlike traditional CPM positions, our compensation model is based on truck revenue. When the truck earns more, you earn more. Starting Pay: 22% per driver (44% team percentage) Higher percentages may be available for experienced teams based on: FedEx Custom Critical experience Hazmat endorsement Safety record Professionalism Reliability Tenure with the company Top-performing teams may be eligible for percentage increases based on performance and long-term commitment. Driver Retention Bonus $1,000 per driver $500 after 90 days $500 after 180 days Home Time Flexible home time available. Examples: 3 weeks out / 5 days home 4 weeks out / 1 week home Longer availability incentives available Drivers willing to stay out longer typically have greater earning opportunities.
