Account Manager - Mining Phoenix, Arizona area (fully remote) Are you passionate about building client relationships, driving business growth, and supporting some of North America's most exciting mining projects? Brunel is seeking an Account Manager - Mining to develop and grow strategic client partnerships across the mining sector. In this role, you'll work closely with recruitment, operations, and business leaders to deliver workforce solutions that help clients successfully execute their projects while expanding Brunel's market presence. This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-driven sales professional who understands the mining industry and enjoys creating long-term partnerships that generate value for both clients and candidates. Client Relationship Management Develop and strengthen relationships with existing mining clients. Become a trusted advisor by understanding clients' workforce challenges and project hiring needs. Identify upcoming opportunities, increase job flow, and expand account penetration. Serve as the primary point of contact for your portfolio of accounts. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts. Expand relationships across client organizations through stakeholder mapping and networking. Drive revenue growth, profitability, and contractor headcount within assigned accounts. Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting. Recruitment Partnership Support candidate delivery strategies and ensure high-quality talent is presented. Collaboration & Market Intelligence Work cross-functionally with recruiting, payroll, legal, operations, and marketing teams. Share industry trends, market insights, and competitive intelligence. Recommend process improvements that enhance client and contractor experiences. 4+ years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, Technical Staffing, Recruitment, or Workforce Solutions. ~ Experience supporting the mining, engineering, industrial, construction, energy, or related sectors. ~ Demonstrated success growing accounts, generating revenue, and achieving sales targets. ~ Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills. ~ Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and mine site visits. ~ Knowledge of mining operations, project lifecycles, and workforce planning. ~ Familiarity with contract staffing and project-based hiring models. ~ At Brunel, we connect top talent with industry-leading organizations across mining, energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
