Full Time Marian Development Group LLC, Louisville, KY, US Salary Range: $27.88 To $30.28 Hourly About the Role The Project Engineer (PE) provides disciplined documentation control, workflow execution, and decision support for Marian Construction’s project teams. This role is accountable for eliminating ambiguity, protecting production flow, and ensuring the Project Manager (PM) can lead cost, schedule, and client outcomes without distraction. The PE owns RFIs, submittals, meeting agendas and minutes, action extraction, document control, and closeout documentation tracking. The PE installs and operates the Project Engineer Standard Operating System (PE SOS) and ensures Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is the single source of truth. The PE does not own cost, buyout, or schedule commitments; instead, the PE ensures the information required to make those decisions is complete, timely, and verified. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships and co-ops considered). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with project management software such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam, or Microsoft Project is a plus. Basic understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and processes. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work on active job sites and adapt to changing site conditions. Work Environment & Conditions Combination of office and on-site field work. Occasional travel to project sites as needed. Must be able to walk, stand, and navigate active construction environments.
